Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any paranormal investigation, ghost hunt, tour, overnight investigation, or private event operated by Lost Entity Paranormal.
By making a booking with Lost Entity Paranormal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official booking platforms or authorised representatives.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on an event.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the event date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without further notice, and any payments already made will be forfeited.
Lost Entity Paranormal reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
All payments made to Lost Entity Paranormal are non-refundable.
This includes:
Deposits
Final balance payments
Full payments made at the time of booking
Cancellations made by the customer within 21 days of the event date will not be eligible for refunds.
Failure to attend an event without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of payment.
In the unlikely event that Lost Entity Paranormal must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
An alternative event date, or
A full refund of any payments made.
Lost Entity Paranormal cannot accept responsibility for additional expenses incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation.
3. Age Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated, all participants must be 18 years of age or older.
For selected events with lower age restrictions:
Participants aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Proof of age may be requested upon arrival.
Anyone found to be under the required age limit will not be permitted to attend and will not receive a refund.
4. Behaviour and Conduct
Lost Entity Paranormal expects all participants to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the locations we investigate.
The following behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:
Aggressive or abusive behaviour
Excessive intoxication
Harassment of staff or guests
Refusal to follow staff instructions
Interfering with equipment or investigations
Causing damage to the location or its contents
Many locations we investigate contain historic artefacts or fragile environments.
Guests must not touch, move, or interfere with objects or artefacts unless instructed to do so by event staff.
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause during an event.
5. Health and Safety
Paranormal investigations often take place in historic, dimly lit, or uneven environments.
These locations may include:
Uneven floors
Narrow staircases
Low lighting conditions
Cold temperatures
Long investigation periods
Participants must take personal responsibility for their own safety during the event.
If you suffer from any medical conditions that may affect your participation, including mobility issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe anxiety, you must inform the event organisers before attending.
Lost Entity Paranormal reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.
6. Acceptance of Risk
Paranormal investigations are entertainment-based experiences.
Lost Entity Paranormal does not guarantee paranormal activity or experiences during any investigation or event.
Participation may involve:
Low lighting environments
Loud or sudden noises
Psychological or emotional responses
Long investigation periods
By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Lost Entity Paranormal cannot be held responsible for any psychological, emotional, or physical reactions experienced during or after an event.
7. Equipment and Personal Belongings
Participants are welcome to bring their own paranormal investigation equipment, cameras, or recording devices.
Lost Entity Paranormal accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment during events.
Participants must ensure that their equipment does not interfere with the safety or experience of other guests.
8. Private Hire and Group Bookings
Private paranormal investigations or group bookings are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as public events.
The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group:
Are aware of these Terms and Conditions
Meet the age requirements
Follow event rules and staff instructions
The lead booker will also be responsible for any damages caused by their group.
Private bookings remain subject to the 21-day payment deadline and non-refundable policy.
9. Media, Photography, and Recording
During investigations, Lost Entity Paranormal may capture:
Photographs
Video recordings
Audio recordings
These may be used for:
Marketing
Social media
Promotional material
Documentary or research purposes
By attending an event, you consent to the possible inclusion of your image, voice, or likeness in such media.
Participants may take their own photographs or recordings; however, commercial use is not permitted without written permission from Lost Entity Paranormal.
10. Location Protection
Many paranormal investigations take place within historic or protected locations.
Guests must respect the venue at all times.
Any intentional damage to property, artefacts, or the building itself may result in:
Immediate removal from the event
Liability for repair or replacement costs
Potential legal action from the venue owners
11. Liability Disclaimer

Injury sustained during events where guests fail to follow safety guidance
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Travel or accommodation costs related to cancelled events
Personal reactions to paranormal experiences
Participants attend events entirely at their own risk.
