Lost Entity Paranormal – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any paranormal investigation, ghost hunt, tour, or event operated by Lost Entity Paranormal. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official booking channels.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

The final balance must be paid 21 days prior to the event date.

If the final balance is not received by the 21-day deadline, your booking may be cancelled without notice and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and final balance payments.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the event date.

Failure to attend an event without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of payment.

In the unlikely event that Lost Entity Paranormal must cancel an event, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

3. Age Restrictions

All participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated for specific events.

Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, but this only applies to events with a lower advertised age limit.

Proof of age may be required. Anyone found to be under the required age limit will be refused entry without refund.

4. Behaviour and Rules

To ensure the safety of all participants and the protection of the locations we investigate:

Guests must not touch, move, or interfere with objects, artefacts, or equipment unless instructed by event staff.

Breaching this rule may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Antisocial behaviour including aggression, intoxication, harassment, or refusal to follow staff instructions will result in removal from the event without refund.

Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and any damage caused during the event.

5. Equipment and Personal Belongings

Participants may bring their own paranormal investigation equipment, cameras, or recording devices.

Lost Entity Paranormal accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment during any event.

Guests are responsible for the safe use of their own equipment and must ensure it does not interfere with the experience of others.

6. Private Events and Group Bookings

Private bookings and group investigations are subject to the same rules and terms as public events.

The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group are aware of and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All attendees must comply with the stated age restrictions and behavioural guidelines.

Private bookings are also subject to the 21-day final payment deadline and non-refundable payment policy.

7. Media, Photography, and Recording

Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during events by Lost Entity Paranormal for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

By attending our events, you consent to the possible use of media captured during investigations for promotional and archival purposes.

Guests may take their own photographs or recordings; however, these may not be used commercially without written permission from Lost Entity Paranormal.

8. Acceptance of Risk

Paranormal investigations often take place in historic locations, low lighting environments, and may involve long hours, uneven flooring, and emotionally intense experiences.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Lost Entity Paranormal accepts no responsibility for psychological, emotional, or physical effects resulting from participation in any event.

Participants must inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect their safety during the event.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a paranormal investigation, event, or private hire with Lost Entity Paranormal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all members of your booking group.
