Founded by Tracey & Nigel Turner, Lost Entity Paranormal began with a genuine fascination for the unknown and has grown into a paranormal community covering investigations, experiences, events, blogs, discussions and our very own paranormal shop.

We are also proud to own and operate the Hanbury Arms Haunted Hotel & Museum in South Wales, one of the UK's most paranormally active locations. The historic building is not only a destination for paranormal experiences and investigations, but also the home of our extensive collection of haunted and cursed objects — believed to be the largest collection of its kind in the UK.

Whether you are an experienced paranormal investigator, a lifelong believer, a curious newcomer or simply someone fascinated by the mysteries we cannot yet explain, there is something here for you.

Our Paranormal Journey

At the heart of Lost Entity Paranormal are our investigations. We explore historic locations, private properties and sites with reported paranormal activity, approaching every investigation with an open mind and a respectful, evidence-based attitude.

We use a combination of modern investigative equipment, traditional techniques and careful observation to document what we experience. We don't set out to prove that every unexplained event is paranormal, nor do we dismiss experiences without consideration. Instead, we believe in asking questions, examining the evidence and allowing the findings to speak for themselves.

Every location has its own history, atmosphere and stories, and we believe understanding that history is an important part of any investigation. We treat the places we visit, and the people connected to them, with the respect they deserve.

The Hanbury Arms Haunted Hotel & Museum

One of the most important parts of our journey is the Hanbury Arms Haunted Hotel & Museum in South Wales.

The Hanbury Arms is a unique part of Lost Entity Paranormal, combining history, paranormal investigation, experiences and our passion for collecting objects with unusual and often unsettling stories attached to them.

The building houses our collection of haunted and cursed objects, which we believe to be the largest collection in the UK. Each object has its own story, history and reported experiences, making the collection a fascinating part of our ongoing exploration of the unexplained.

The Hanbury Arms is also a location where visitors can experience the paranormal for themselves. Whether you're joining us for an investigation, an event, a paranormal experience or simply visiting the museum and exploring the collection, it offers a chance to step inside a building with its own rich history and reported paranormal activity.

For us, the Hanbury Arms isn't simply a haunted location. It is a place where our passion for history, investigation, collecting and the unexplained all come together.

The Paranormal Beyond Entertainment

We also believe it is important to recognise the difference between the genuine paranormal world and the entertainment industry.

Paranormal television, films and entertainment have helped introduce millions of people to the subject, and they undoubtedly have their place. However, entertainment and genuine paranormal investigation are not necessarily the same thing.

At Lost Entity Paranormal, we choose to stay away from drama, unnecessary conflict and the sensationalism that can sometimes surround the paranormal community. Our focus is on the locations, the history, the experiences, the objects and the questions that remain unanswered.

We believe the true paranormal world deserves to be acknowledged as something different from entertainment. Real experiences can be personal, emotional, confusing and sometimes difficult to explain. They don't always fit neatly into a television format, and they don't need to be exaggerated or turned into drama to be interesting.

For us, the paranormal should be approached with respect, curiosity, honesty and an open mind. Sometimes an investigation produces compelling evidence. Sometimes it produces something that can be explained naturally. And sometimes, despite everything we do, we simply don't know what happened.

We're comfortable with that.

The unknown doesn't need to become a spectacle. Sometimes, asking the right questions and accepting that we don't have all the answers is what makes the paranormal so fascinating.
