Scare Sunday – Daytime Paranormal Investigation Hanbury Arms Haunted Hotel & Museum – Pontypool Ghost hunts are usually held after dark… but unexplained activity has been reported at all hours. Step inside the Hanbury Arms Haunted Hotel & Museum for Scare Sunday, a daytime paranormal investigation exploring one of Pontypool’s most intriguing historic buildings.
Guided by the Lost Entity Paranormal team, guests will investigate areas of the hotel where strange experiences have been reported by staff, visitors and investigators over the years. Using paranormal investigation equipment and traditional techniques, you will attempt to detect signs of the unexplained within the building.
The museum is also home to one of the largest collections of reportedly haunted objects in the country, with artefacts gathered from investigations and locations linked to unexplained phenomena. Daylight investigations bring a different atmosphere. When the building falls quiet in the afternoon, every sound, movement and subtle change in the environment can feel unsettlingly real. Some paranormal researchers believe residual hauntings may appear at any time of day — echoes of the past where the energy of former occupants continues to replay their routines, as though they are still walking the halls they once knew in life. If these echoes still linger within the hotel… what might reveal itself when you begin to investigate?
